Scope of Work:
Replacement of the Administrative Building’s 144’ x 75’ roof. See drawing below.
a. Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing built-up roofing, roof insulations, and haul away.
b. Install Single Ply 60 Mil TPO membrane roof system, including all necessary accessories.
c. Building will remain occupied and operational during construction.
d. Manufacturer’s warranty for materials shall be no less than twenty (20) years and no less than five (5) years warranty for labor.
e. This project is subject to prevailing wages and subject to all DIR rules and regulations.
f. Contractor will pull required City of Sacrament permit(s) and arrange required inspections.
g. Contractor to carry $1,000,000 Workers Comp and Liability policies.
h. Contractor must have required valid State License to do this job.
